Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Controller to oversee our operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a comprehensive understanding of accounting principles. This role is crucial for maintaining the financial health of our organization and will involve managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and government remittances.

Duties

Oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, budgeting, and reporting. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with regulatory requirements. Conduct account reconciliation and analysis to ensure accuracy in financial reporting. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare necessary documentation for audits. Supervise payroll processing to guarantee accurate compensation for employees. Provide strategic insights based on financial data to support decision-making processes.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role in accounting management. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices including account reconciliation and analysis. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
