Manage and evaluate finances, general accounting, payroll operations, and the finance department, and establish profitability standards
Implement and supervise internal controls, financial policies, and procedures
Manage financial reporting and control systems and provide financial statements, summaries, and other cost-benefit analyses and financial management reports to assist company's daily operations, budgeting, and forecasting;
Evaluate financial reporting systems, accounting procedures and investment activities and make recommendations
Coordinate the organization's financial operations and budget activities in order to optimize financial performance and conduct account reconciliations and analysis
Administer accounts payable and receivable processes
Act as liaison between the organizationand its shareholders
Ensure compliance with government regulations
Utilize accounting JONAS software
Recruit, organize, train and manage staff
