You will play a key role in the reliability and financial performance of the group. You will ensure the quality of consolidation and closing processes, while helping to evolve our accounting practices towards operational excellence.



WHAT YOU'LL DO

Ensure the integrity and consistency of financial information across all entities of the group; Lead the financial consolidation process (Onestream, an asset) and support the teams in its use and continuous improvement; Coordinate the monthly, quarterly and annual financial close by ensuring quality and compliance with deadlines; Produce and analyze consolidated financial statements in accordance with Canadian Instruments (ASPE); Collaborate in the development of budgets, forecasts and performance reports; Participate in the updating and dissemination of the group's accounting policies; Provide strategic technical support to business units; Be the main interlocutor with the external auditors and ensure the proper conduct of consolidated audits; Coordinate Canadian tax reporting with external partners.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

University degree in accounting, finance or related field; Recognized professional accounting (CPA) designation; 7 to 10 years of experience in consolidation or financial reporting in a complex environment (multi-site, multi-currency); Proficiency in ASPE standards and close and consolidation processes; Experience with a consolidation system (Onestream or Hyperion, an asset); Fluency in the French language (oral and written); Proficiency in the English language at a professional level (oral and written). A sharp analytical mind and a rigorous approach; A taste for collaborative work and continuous process development; A natural curiosity for best practices and financial innovations; The desire to actively contribute to the transparency and performance of the organization.

This role involves frequent interactions with internal and external customers and partners on a national and global scale. Professional proficiency in English is therefore a requirement for this role
