We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, excellent communication abilities in both French and English, and proficiency with various office software. This role involves managing administrative tasks, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth functioning of daily office activities. Duties
Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings
Prepare, organize, and maintain client files and documentation
Perform accurate
data entry
using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and internal systems
Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) for efficient document retrieval
Proofread correspondence and documents for accuracy and clarity
Handle administrative tasks such as scanning, photocopying, mailing, and document tracking
Skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
Strong computer skills including data entry and document management
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
Effective phone etiquette and customer service skills for front desk interactions
Clerical experience including filing, document preparation, and record keeping
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
Strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in all written communication
