Financial Analyst Contract Opportunity - Join a Dynamic Growth-Oriented Team!Are you a detail-oriented, analytical professional with a passion for financial reporting, budgeting, and process improvement? Robert Half is representing an established and growing organization seeking a Financial Analyst to join their team for a 6 month contract (with potential to extend). In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute to financial planning, reporting, and decision-making processes.Key Responsibilities:

• Monthly Financial Reporting & Variance Analysis: Prepare and analyze monthly financial results, identify key metrics, and draft presentation materials for leadership.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation, analysis, and reporting of budgets and forecasts, ensuring the maintenance of accurate, up-to-date actuals.
• Cash Flow Management: Support cash flow tracking and analysis, acting as a backup resource to maintain business continuity.
• General Accounting Tasks: Manage accounting responsibilities, including cash receipts, invoicing, and recording revenue and expenses.
• Dashboards & Analytics: Collaborate in creating and maintaining dashboards and analytical tools to enhance client financial management for consultants.
• Year-End Preparation: Assist with year-end tasks, including documentation, audit requests, and related analyses.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline reporting, analytics, and accounting workflows for greater efficiency and accuracy.
• Ad-Hoc Projects: Participate in system projects and special requests to meet organizational needs.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain process documents for all assigned functions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Director of Finance & Administration and management committee to deliver timely insights on expiring contracts and other key business metrics.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Active pursuit of CPA designation is considered a strong asset
• 3+ years of relevant experience working as a Financial Analyst
• Strong analytical aptitude, exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, and strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Intermediate-advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables)
• Experience with financial modeling, data visualizations, and creating charts is a plus
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work both independently and in a team environment
