Reporting to the Head of Credit - Related Businesses Quebec, the analyst will be responsible for enforcing pre-established credit terms between clients and the corporation to maintain liquidity and minimize bad debt losses.

More specifically, it will be responsible for:

  • Coordinates credit investigations, conducts analysis and submits recommendations
  • Follow-up on warranties to be obtained for all accounts under their responsibility;
  • Monitor the amounts of guarantees and letters of credit on a periodic basis;
  • Analyze invoice entries made by other businesses to reduce the risk of fraud and reduce losses;
  • Responsible for initiating billing and collecting all oil transactions;
  • Responsible for resolving disputes, identifying issues and tracking for payment;
  • Tracks credit limits and analyzes the various financial reports of clients under their responsibility;
  • Collecting delinquent accounts;
  • Approve all account creation and changes in SAP.
Job Requirements
  • College diploma combined with three (3) to four (4) years credit service experience;
  • Good knowledge of Excel (expert level);
  • Be familiar with warranty taking and have knowledge of the RDPRM;
  • Be recognized for your independence, analytical skills, organizational skills and customer service;
  • Good ability to work under pressure and manage priorities;
  • Good oral and written communication (English and French);
  • Knowledge of the SAP environment (an asset).
