Job Description

We are looking for our client, a marketing agency in Montreal, for a project financial analyst to join their team.

The ladder will have for responsibilities to:

\xe2\x97\x8fManagement of accounts receivable (billing, processing client payments, collection
efforts);
\xe2\x97\x8fPreparation of monthly reporting and discrepancies
\xe2\x97\x8fParticipation in the annual budget planning et trimester revisions;
\xe2\x97\x8fPreparing and analyzing financial results;
\xe2\x97\x8fCalculating and analyzing project and client margins with the accounts and project management team;
\xe2\x97\x8fProduce and analyze the weekly cash flow;
\xe2\x97\x8fParticipate in the process of month\'s end and closing with the preparation of
monthly financial statements;
\xe2\x97\x8fParticipation in the processing of the end of year report and audits;
\xe2\x97\x8fCalculating the profitability of clients;
\xe2\x97\x8fFollowing and analyzing timesheets;
\xe2\x97\x8fBilling projects and following their progress to avoid billing mistakes;
\xe2\x97\x8fConception of dashboards and other financial assistance to teams;
\xe2\x97\x8fOther related tasks.

Profile:
\xe2\x97\x8fA bachelor\'s degree in accounting or business administration;
\xe2\x97\x8f2-3 years of experience in a similar position;
\xe2\x97\x8fMastership of the french language, and strong comprehension of English language;
\xe2\x97\x8fExcellent proficiency with Excel;
\xe2\x97\x8fCapacity to work on different projects at once;
\xe2\x97\x8fCapacity to analyze and synthesize;
\xe2\x97\x8fKnowledge of different accounting softwares (we use Zoho and Exact);
\xe2\x97\x8fExperience in a services company.
\xe2\x97\x8fCapacity to work with cross-functional teams and reconcile under pressure;
