THE OPPORTUNITY
As the Financial Analyst (FA), you will report directly to the Finance Manager and play a pivotal role in our financial operations. Your responsibilities include facilitating the budget cycle, delivering financial, statistical, and performance reports, completing month-end processes and financial statements, managing Ministry of Health reporting, and leading the implementation of innovative monitoring tools. You will collaborate with management and external partners to communicate financial goals, strengthen internal controls, identify risks, and recommend strategies to capitalize on new opportunities. This position requires strong communication skills, analytical acumen, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, contributing to the organization's strategic financial objectives.
