Responsibilities:

• Process various treasury related transactions in Fiori including, but not limited to FX forwards, short term investments, interest and loan payments, intercompany settlements, bank transactions.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly blackline bank and GL reconciliations.
• Prepare the monthly Midstream cash reconciliation report.
• Complete monthly close processes
• Creating and maintenance of search string rules to support auto-posting via the electronic banking system.
• Connect with various groups in the Comptrollers team to ensure proper application and allocation of cash before month end.
• Perform short-term investment true ups for any outstanding investments at month end.
• Support overall compliance with SOX processes and controls.
• Participate in the development and improvement of business processes
• Ad hoc projects as required

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years proven experience
• University degree In Accounting, Commerce, Business or similar
• Progress towards accounting designation considered an asset
• Experience in SAP systems, Fiori experience an asset
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to pay close attention to detail
• Good organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Motivated individual with a positive attitude
• Collaborative teammate
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
