Company Information Razor Energy Corp. (the \xe2\x80\x9cCompany\xe2\x80\x9d) is a public junior oil and gas company seeking to add a Financial Analyst. Reporting to the Controller, the successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, developing financial models, and providing financial insights to help the organization make sound decisions. The ideal candidate is highly analytical and detail-oriented and has a strong background in finance or accounting. You should have experience with developing Power BI reports/dashboards and also possess excellent problem-solving, financial analysis, and data analysis skills. Responsibilities and Duties \xef\x82\xb7 Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide insights to business stakeholders. \xef\x82\xb7 Create and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning. \xef\x82\xb7 Collect, analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends and provide insights to the company\'s financial performance. \xef\x82\xb7 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations based on financial analysis. \xef\x82\xb7 Support the preparation of financial reports, presentations, and other materials for executive management and external stakeholders. \xef\x82\xb7 Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to financial analysis and reporting. \xef\x82\xb7 Other projects as assigned. Qualifications and Skills \xef\x82\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field. \xef\x82\xb7 Power BI report development experience is required. \xef\x82\xb7 Experience in financial analysis, reporting and modeling. \xef\x82\xb7 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data and communicate insights effectively. \xef\x82\xb7 Excellent written and verbal communication skills. \xef\x82\xb7 Strong attention to detail and accuracy. \xef\x82\xb7 Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. \xef\x82\xb7 Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools. \xef\x82\xb7 Experience in the oil and gas industry, preferably with a junior domestic oil and gas company.
