YOUR ROLE





As a

Financial Administrator at CBIG

you are a detail-oriented and proactive. You will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of administrative services, contributing directly to the growth of our business and delivering an exceptional experience for our clients.

By effectively managing client accounts, diligently preparing reports, and maintaining confidential information, you will play a pivotal role in fostering trust and delivering exceptional service to both our clients and cross-functional departments. Your dedication to maintaining high standards of organization and my proactive approach to resolving challenges have resulted in streamlined workflows, reduced errors, and an elevated level of client satisfaction.


You will efficiently and accurately prepare client files for Investment Advisors. You will generate external reports (e.g., Morningstar and Naviplan) required for Investment Advisors' client meetings. You will process client account updates and changes under the guidance of Investment Advisors. You will provide administrative support for Insurance sales activities. You will manage reoccurring client service items, such as annual and monthly tasks. You will maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system. You will enhance the client experience by engaging in clear and professional communication with clients, assisting in appointment bookings, processing documentation, and following up on outstanding matters. You will actively participate in Departmental Meetings and General Staff Meetings. You will engage in daily 1:1 sessions with the department manager. You will adhere to corporate policies and procedures. You will undertake other duties as assigned.

You have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively. You have strong written and verbal communication skills. You are committed to maintaining strict confidentiality. You have exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. You are a self-starter with a proactive attitude, capable of working independently and taking initiative. You are deadline-driven and capable of meeting targets. You are proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. You have strong organizational abilities. You can work effectively in both team and autonomous environments. You have a minimum of 2 years of previous experience or relevant industry experience.

THIS IS NICE




You have your current Securities or Life License (LLQP). You are located in Terrace, BC and are looking to work in On-Site as required.

COMPENSATION





At the time of this posting, the estimated annual base salary range for this position is $50,000-$60,000. Individual compensation within this range is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and education/training. This range reflects the annual base salary only and does not encompass our comprehensive total rewards, benefits, and potential bonuses that we proudly offer.
