Job Description

We're a growing fintech company looking for a

part-time Financial Administrator

to support our day-to-day bookkeeping and financial administration. This is an

in-office role

based in Saint John, NB, with full training provided during a handover period.

Hours & Schedule



Approximately

15 hours per week

3 days per week (Tuesday-Thursday preferred)

Around

5 hours per day

Some flexibility on hours for the right candidate

What you'll do



Prepare and send invoices Process payroll Upload and manage bills and accounts payable Complete bank reconciliations Maintain accurate financial records using

Xero

(training provided)

What we're looking for



Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently Basic computer skills Prior experience in bookkeeping or financial administration is an asset, but not required Open to students or career-switchers with a strong willingness to learn

What we offer



$20-$25 per hour

, based on experience Paid training and handover with our current Financial Administrator Generous holiday allowance (pro-rated) Supportive, low-ego team in a growing fintech business

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
