Hours & Schedule
Approximately
15 hours per week
3 days per week (Tuesday-Thursday preferred)
Around
5 hours per day
Some flexibility on hours for the right candidate
What you'll do
Prepare and send invoices
Process payroll
Upload and manage bills and accounts payable
Complete bank reconciliations
Maintain accurate financial records using
Xero
(training provided)
What we're looking for
Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently
Basic computer skills
Prior experience in bookkeeping or financial administration is an asset, but not required
Open to students or career-switchers with a strong willingness to learn
