We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized

Financial Administrator

to join our team. This role is essential in managing financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial software, and a solid understanding of accounting principles. Responsibilities



Oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable Prepare and review financial reports, statements, and budgets Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards Assist with financial forecasting, planning, and analysis to support strategic decision-making Manage payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements Coordinate with external auditors during audits and ensure timely completion of audit requirements Support the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and consistency across all functions Manage quarterly HST filing, ensuring accuracy in all submitted reports and compliance with CRA requirements, and assist Accounting team Prepare detailed quotes and proposals for furnishings, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) in collaboration with project managers and designers. Screen potential clients for good fit regarding budget and other factors.

Experience



Proven experience as a Financial Administrator or similar role in finance or accounting Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP or IFRS) Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail Ability to interpret complex financial data and prepare clear reports Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis is preferred Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are a plus Experience in the Interior Design Field, especially a knowledge of Studio Designer, is a plus
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
