Job Description
DescriptionOur Downtown Vancouver real estate client is seeking a Financial Accountant to join the team on a permanent basis.**Competitive salary ranging from $60,000 - $75,000**Benefits:

- Prepares financial statements and assists with day-to-day accounting functions for a portfolio of companies
- Ensures accuracy of accounting transactions and manages accounts and bank reconciliation processes
- Compiles year-end audit working papers and liaises with auditors
- Prepares partnership and corporate tax returns
- Compiles annual operating budgets
- Conducts variance analysis
- Provides administrative support to management as required
- 3+ years\' experience in accounting related position
- Accounting Diploma / or an interest in becoming a CPA
- Excellent people skills and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in Sage 300 will be highly regarded
