Job Description
Our government client is seeking a Finance and Revenue Clerk to fulfill a 3+ month contract. As a Revenue Clerk, you will be part of the finance department, supporting the Treasury Manager. The ideal candidate will have bookkeeping, cash handling and accounting experience.

Location: Oro Medonte
Pay Range: $24.56 - $29.51/hr
What\xe2\x80\x99s the Job?
- Daily processing and collection of receipts
- Prepare and issue invoices, process adjustments
- Updating of tax records, maintain pre-authorized payments
- Daily balancing of cash & prepare bank deposits
- Respond to public inquiries
- 2 year Diploma in accounting discipline or equivalent experience
- Experience dealing with cash & bank deposits
- Strong knowledge of accounting software, Excel & database programs
- Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Competitive pay (weekly)
- Monday to Friday
- Opportunity for contract extension
- 8:30am - 4:30pm (Mon - Fri)
