Job Title: Finance Manager

Our client is a group of companies in the advertising space focusing on media buying, measurement, and technology. With an experienced team and a solid reputation they are ready to scale-up and build out the management team to bolster up its capabilities. About the role:
The Finance Manager will be responsible for overall financial operations of the Group of Companies and will provide reporting and insights to the Executive team, including forecasting, financial analysis, month end and other relevant financial reports. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Manage the accounting operations in CDA and South America and working closely with the outsourced Accounting Firm
• Monitor internal controls
• Consolidate legal entities for financial reporting under ASPE standards.
• Multi divisional financial statement preparation and analysis.
• Work with operations to define, measure, analyze, improve and control current processes which impact customer quality and influence internal operating efficiency.
• Provide strategic analysis as required to drive improved decision making.
• Prepare and present financial information for monthly, quarterly and annual reports, including bank and statutory reporting requirements.
• Manage foreign exchange transactions.
• Provide advice and guidance on all accounting matters including financial systems, record keeping, analysis, and reporting.
• Budgeting and forecasting at the entity and business line levels to promote visibility and financial discipline.
• Responsible for ensuring Sales Tax compliance in all jurisdictions.
• Other related duties and required or assigned.

About You:

• CA, CPA, CGA, CMA with 5 years Industry experience at a Senior or Managerial level
• Self-starter with a \xe2\x80\x9ccan do\xe2\x80\x9d attitude and a desire to step outside of comfort zone to accomplish new tasks and to be part of a team that is building a business
• Excellent communication (written & verbal), interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting experience an asset.
• Knowledge project accounting an asset.
• Experience overseeing review engagements performed by external accounting firms.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks Online is preferred.
