Key Responsibilities:

The Finance manager will lead global services service expansion projects to improve current and bring new capabilities to global services. This role will partner closely with the Strategy & Business Services (SBS) group and other cross-functional partners in support of Service Expansion efforts for GS. This role has high exposure to regional business leaders, GS leaders and global function leads.

Core responsibilities include:

Service Expansion

  • Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to ensure the successful execution of the various service expansion projects. This includes financial valuation and business value for the projects.
  • Coordinate and lead all aspects of financial accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the project across multiple times zones and functional collaborators.
  • Monitor project expenses, cash flow, and financial performance to ensure adherence to budgets and financial goals.
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to project partners, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data, assess risks, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with project-related financial regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Lead the preparation of financial reports, presentations, and documentation for project updates and reviews.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to project managers and stakeholders, assisting them in making sound financial decisions.
