Our Ottawa area client is currently looking for a Finance Manager to join their team for a three-month term. This is a hands-on, hybrid role at our client\'s office located in downtown Ottawa.
The Finance Manager will be responsible for:
-Processing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable
-Performing month-end close, bank reconciliations, other full cycle accounting duties
-Create reports for external funders
-Processing payroll
-Other duties as required
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
-Post-secondary education in a relevant field
-At least five years of experience in a similar role
-Working knowledge of Sage 50
-Working knowledge of not-for-profit accounting standards
-CPA designation a strong asset
