This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position where rotational Saturdays will be required.The Finance Manager is responsible for ensuring all documentation is in place for vehicle financing and for offering expert advice on finance options, vehicle protection plans and personal coverage relating to the ownership of the vehicle.Why You Belong at Bridge City Chrysler:

Essential Job Duties:

• Coordinate with lenders to arrange financing alternatives for customers purchasing new and used vehicles
• Work closely with sales staff and management to close deals and ensure our customers receive an exceptional buying experience
• Explain the benefits and advantages of aftermarket products including extended warranty, insurance, protection packages to sell the right mix of products to meet the customer\'s needs
• Maintain strong relationships with banks and lenders to secure financing approvals

Our Ideal Candidate has:

• 3-5 years of Automotive Sales or Finance Manger experience, or experience in a lending capacity at a financial institution is required
• Exceptional customer service, listening and communication skills including the ability to use tact, empathy and to be clear, confident and persuasive when interacting with customers
• Strong attention to detail with a high aptitude for numbers
• Superior organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Proven negotiation success
• Ability to work with a team and thrive in a collaborative environment
