Job Description


We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our team located in Etobicoke, Ontario. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity in the finance industry. As a Finance Manager, you will be taking on crucial responsibilities such as auditing, budgeting, and capital management, utilizing various software and systems.
Responsibilities:

  • Utilize accounting software systems to manage and oversee financial activities.
  • Conduct regular auditing processes to ensure financial compliance and accuracy.
  • Manage and oversee budget processes to ensure optimal capital management.
  • Use the CRM system to track and manage customer interactions and information.
  • Apply knowledge of accounting functions to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
  • Handle accounts payable operations efficiently.
  • Utilize financial services software such as ADP for streamlined operations.
  • Manage the use of Concur for travel and expense management.
  • Leverage 3M system for effective business operations.
  • Ensure the application of efficient accounting practices.
  • Proficiency in using 3M
  • Familiarity with various Accounting Software Systems
  • Experience with ADP - Financial Services
  • Knowledge in using Concur
  • Understanding of CRM
  • Mastery in performing Accounting Functions
  • Expertise in handling Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Proven experience in Auditing
  • Familiarity with Budget Processes
  • Understanding of Capital Management
