As a Finance Manager, you will support our customers and facilitate a relationship between the customer and various lending institutions. This position is suited to an individual who is a self-starter. The successful applicant must demonstrate the ability to develop a collaborative working environment.

Responsibilities:
Oversee dealership customer loan origination and approval process while maintaining strong relationships with prime and subprime lenders.
Provide strong customer service on complex files.
Accurately prepare all dealer & provincial paperwork and submit to the accounting department in a timely manner.
Establish and maintain monthly forecasted income, penetration levels, and customer satisfaction index (CSI) scores.
Generate monthly, quarterly, and year end reports.
Present service contracts, GAP, and other beneficial ancillary products
Negotiating with customers to quickly and effectively transition from Sales to Finance during their vehicle purchase process.
Determining customer financing needs based on a consultative interview process.
Presenting a transparent menu to customers detailing their financing options and products to enhance their vehicle ownership experience.
Processing finance transactions including lender approval and ensuring 100% compliance with all provincial and federal laws and regulations.
Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications:
A proven track record of automotive F&I experience is required.
Dealership experience is an asset.
Outgoing, career minded personality with an expertise in developing relationships
Strong leadership skills and the ability to build a collaborative team.
Experience creating a positive sales environment and providing excellent customer service.
Strong attention to detail
Excellent ability to track customer service issues and follow up.
