Finance & Insurance Manager, Full-Time

What you'll be doing:

• Work side-by-side with the sales team to structure smart, strategic deals that get approved fast.
• Present finance and protection options clearly and confidently -- customers trust your energy and expertise.
• Build relationships with lenders and reps to keep deals flowing and maximize approvals.
• Deliver exceptional results through accountability, teamwork, and a "find a way" mindset.
• Keep paperwork accurate and funding clean, while keeping your focus on speed and customer satisfaction.

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 2 years of Finance Manager experience in an automotive dealership.
• Proven ability to read credit, match the right lenders, and structure strong, profitable deals.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong communication, relationship, and organizational skills.
• A valid driver's license and professional presentation.
