Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager

to join our sales team and drive our continued success.

Position Summary:


The F&I Manager is responsible for securing financing for vehicle buyers and presenting aftermarket products that enhance their ownership experience. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure all deals are structured legally and profitably while maintaining customer satisfaction and dealership compliance. We are actively seeking an individual that has experience with prime and subprime financing.

Key Responsibilities:



Present financing options and secure funding through a network of lenders Offer and explain value-added products such as extended warranties, GAP insurance, tire/wheel protection, etc. Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in accordance with federal, provincial, and dealership policies Build rapport with customers and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction Maximize profitability in each transaction while maintaining compliance and ethical standards Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lender programs, interest rates, and F&I regulations Assist with deal structure, contract preparation, and submission to lenders Collaborate with the sales team to support closing deals quickly and efficiently

Qualifications:



2+ years of experience in an F&I role, preferably in an automotive environment Strong knowledge of finance and insurance products, laws, and best practices Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and performance goals Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to manage multiple deals in a fast-paced environment Proficient with dealership CRM/DMS systems (Dealertrack, Cube 6, etc.) Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Pay: $40,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
