What You'll Be Doing

Presenting financing and insurance options in a way that builds confidence and transparency Working closely with sales to deliver a seamless customer experience from handshake to keys-in-hand Building strong lender relationships to get the best terms and approvals for our customers Staying on top of compliance and documentation (because we play by the rules) Helping the team hit targets while keeping customer satisfaction a top priority

What You Bring

Previous F&I or auto finance experience Proven ability to close deals without compromising integrity Knowledge of financing, leasing, insurance, and protection packages Excellent communication skills--you can read people and earn their trust fast Comfortable juggling priorities in a fast-paced, no-BS environment
