Transdev is hiring a Finance Coordinator for our Abbotsford, BC location

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Finance Coordinator (Casual) to join our team. This role will support day-to-day finance operations, including data entry, invoice processing, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working with numbers, and able to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and confidentiality.

Your role

Process invoices, expense reports, and payments. Support month-end reconciliations and reporting. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation. Assist with budget tracking and data entry. Provide general support to the finance team as needed.

Your profile

Previous experience in finance, accounting, or administration preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good knowledge of Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar). Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in the transportation industry is an asset but not required.

Your location

This is a Casual, On-Call, Unionized Role in Abbotsford / Chilliwack, Work is assigned as needed. There is a requirement to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
