Finance Clerk - Full-Time Permanent Amalgamated Dairies Limited Amalgamated Dairies Limited (ADL) is a producer-owned, independent cooperative with dairy processing plants and a retail food distribution facility spread throughout PEI. For 70 years, we have processed fresh milk from PEI farms to produce premium dairy products, including milk, cheese, cream, butter, and canned milk. Our quality dairy products are in kitchens and restaurants across PEI and Canada. Position Overview: The Finance Clerk position is a key member of our Finance Team and reports directly to the Corporate Controller. This role focuses on performing data entry tasks both accurately and promptly. We are looking for a candidate with exceptional attention to detail, a readiness to learn, and effective communication skills. Location: Summerside, PE Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, daytime shifts only. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry for various reports, including mix and production reports.
• Post daily milk slips and assist with semi-monthly reconciliations.
• Code vendor invoices for Accounts Payable processing.
• Maintain filing and record-keeping systems.
• Undertake additional duties as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
