Our client is seeking a driven and strategic Senior Finance Business Partnering Consultant to join their Corporate FP&A function. Responsibilities:
  • Provide thought leadership and strategic oversight in all financial aspects, offering a higher level of strategic thinking and supervision.
  • Deliver comprehensive financial support to different teams, including accurate reporting of actuals, meticulous planning, and robust forecasting.
  • Drive business partnering initiatives, focusing on forecasting, project support, strategic planning, and ad hoc analysis, including business casing.
  • Engage and interact effectively with very senior leaders, including AVPs and VPs, demonstrating appropriate decorum and experience.
  • Translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights, identifying potential risks and demonstrating the direct business benefits of financial data.
  • Contribute to various ad-hoc projects and strategic initiatives, leveraging higher-level finance expertise.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of finance experience, with at least 2-3 years specifically in FP&A (planning, budgeting, and internal reporting).
  • Strong financial background is essential, with a deep understanding of financial reporting, planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Proven consultative ability, combining strong financial acumen with the capacity to build relationships and drive business value beyond mere reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience working with and effectively interacting with senior leadership.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate detailed financial information into understandable insights for leaders and to build strong professional relationships.
