We are a growing store, based in Winnipeg, that has completed its eighth year of business. Our store culture is built around client care, excellence in customer service, and long-term business relationships.
As an integral member of this dynamic team, the Finance and Operations Administrator will be responsible to support the store sales, accounting and operational processes. The Role:
? Inventory Management
o Create system generated purchase orders and receive product in system
o confirm landed costs and reconcile to supplier invoice
o set retail sale prices, label and barcode product for retail floor
? Conduct inventory analysis to determine optimal stock levels and inventory level accuracy
? Produce reports to evaluate operational and financial sales performance of the retail store
? Oversight of accounts payable - ensure proper coding, accuracy and costs.
? Preparation and reporting of all GST/HST/RST returns and remittances
? Assess and align procedures and streamline workflow that impact operational processes
? Special project work as needed.

? Ability to meet deadlines without compromising efficiently, accuracy and attention to detail.
? Tech savviness and high proficiency in Excel.
Educational Requirement:
? Undergraduate degree or diploma Commerce, Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
