Job Description

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, comfortable with numbers, and enjoys keeping systems running efficiently behind the scenes. You'll play a key part in supporting financial operations, maintaining accurate records, and helping the leadership team with reporting, tracking, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:



Bookkeeping & Financial Support:



Handle daily bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and transaction coding in accounting software

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Assist with payroll prep and related records

Prepare reports and documentation to support the Fractional CFO's financial analysis and planning.

Compensation & Benefits:



$20 - $24 per hour, based on qualifications and experience

Two weeks paid vacation

Monday-Friday, 30-40 hours per week, some flexibility in daily start/end times is available.

Track job costs and assist in ensuring financial data is up-to-date and accurate.

Administrative & Operational Tasks:



Maintain and update our inventory management database regularly.

Support general office administration--filing, data entry, document management, vendor communication, etc.

Assist with coordinating internal reports, schedules, and ad hoc projects.

Help streamline internal processes and keep documentation organized.

Cross-Departmental Coordination:



Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal team members as needed.

Support scheduling, ordering, and general administrative coordination.

Qualifications:



2+ years of experience in bookkeeping, office administration, or a similar support role.

Experience using accounting software (QuickBooks or similar) and inventory tracking tools.

Strong Excel and data entry skills.

Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities independently.

Detail-oriented, reliable, and resourceful.

Experience in a construction, manufacturing, or trade-based business is an asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
