Finance & Insurance Manager
to join our team and help our customers get the most out of their purchase experience.
Position Overview:
As the Finance & Insurance Manager, you'll be responsible for guiding customers through the financing and protection options available for their RV or powersports purchase. You'll work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth and transparent process, maximize profitability, and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone who's professional, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping people make confident, informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Present and explain financing, warranty, and protection plan options to customers
Secure approvals through multiple lenders and financial institutions
Prepare, review, and finalize all financing and contract documentation
Ensure compliance with all provincial and federal lending regulations
Collaborate with the sales department to support a seamless purchase process
Maintain positive relationships with lenders, warranty providers, and insurance partners
Track and report on F&I performance metrics, including gross profit and product penetration
Provide outstanding customer service before, during, and after the sale
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an F&I Manager or Business Manager in RV, automotive, or powersports industry
Strong understanding of finance contracts, lending processes, and regulatory compliance
Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills
High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced dealership environment
Preferred but not required:
OMVIC certification or equivalent provincial licensing
Experience working with major lenders and warranty providers in the RV or automotive sector
Background in customer service or sales management
