Duties

Provides accounting, budget monitoring/reporting services, information and advice at all levels of operations as well as general administrative services in a multiple functional area at the Lake Superior National Marine Conservation Area. This position is a key position that ensures financial policies are being adhered within their site location.

? Recent experience in financial management including budget monitoring, forecasting, analysis and reporting

? Recent computer experience using word processing, spreadsheet software programs and financial systems


? Experience with contract administration and procurement

? Recent experience in processing accounts payables, receivables and financial reconciliations

? Experience in providing advice to managers on finance and travel
