Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee our accounting operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting and finance, with expertise in account reconciliation, and the use of accounting software. As a key member of our accounting team, you will play a critical role in driving A/R, A/P, G/L efficiency and supporting strategic decision-making.

Duties

Supervise and monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable functions to maintain cash flow and optimize working capital. Ensure accurate data processing. Perform monthly variance analysis Prepare cash flow forecast Perform day to day cash flow management Perform month end closing procedures Perform month end journal entries Prepare financial statements and reports for the bank Oversee account reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Conduct account analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that inform strategic decisions. Develop employee performance measurement system

Qualifications

Proven leadership skills and experience in managing accounting team, A/R, A/P. Strong knowledge of account reconciliation, budgeting, and financial analysis. Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks) is highly desirable. Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. A degree in Finance, Accounting, and professional certifications (e.g., CPA) are a plus.

Pay: $70,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
