We're looking for a dynamic and driven Financial Analyst to play a key role in supporting both our Corporate and Business Unit teams. In this exciting position, you'll be responsible for preparing, coordinating, and documenting financial analysis, while working alongside a talented team of professionals to support key financial processes. As a key partner in enhancing the Finance environment, you'll drive impactful change through process optimization, and providing valuable insights to support informed business decisions and actions. This position reports directly into the Director of Finance, Supply Chain. The role will be based in either our Vancouver, BC CA, or Dallas, TX office.
Specific ResponsibilitiesSupport preparation of financial forecasts, and annual budgeting, incorporating input from Business Unit leaders and corporate teams Generating weekly reports to support reviews of operational and financial performance at a customer account level Updating reports for monthly reviews of operational and financial metrics with the executive team, providing analysis and commentary Support supply chain activities including inventory forecasting, reporting and analysis, and process improvements Produce effective written and oral presentations of information designed to communicate clearly to audience or end user. Think strategically and analyze information to provide meaningful insight Other ad hoc projects as required (e.g. business case development, profitability analysis)

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant field. 2+ years of relevant financial experience Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Understanding of financial budgeting and forecasting concepts and modeling. Preferred experience working with a SaaS CPM Solution such as Adaptive Planning, Hyperion, etc. Background in accounting or audit, providing a strong understanding of financial principles and internal controls would be beneficial A team player who is collaborative and receptive to ideas from others and works effectively across functions to identify and resolve critical issues. Strong continuous improvement mindset. A creative, yet pragmatic, problem solver who is hands-on and detail oriented.

In accordance with pay transparency regulations, the anticipated starting salary for this position ranges from $70k to $90k CAD and $80k-$100k USD annually. Full-time employees are also eligible for performance-based bonuses and a range of benefits. Please note that this salary range is not guaranteed, and the final offer may vary based on experience, education, location, and shift.
