Job Description


We are currently hunting for a Finance Administrator to join a team of dedicated professionals in Downtown Vancouver in the Financial Services Management industry.

Entering a season of growth and development, our client is one of the leading companies in the industry. Seeking a Finance Administrator with financial and administrative experience who can effectively manage a range of priorities as well as support a team of Portfolio Managers in establishing strong client relationships.

Finance Administrator responsibilities:

  • Assist Portfolio Manager in growing the wealth management business
  • Work directly with Investment Advisors on confirming and processing client transactions
  • Aiding in servicing all existing clients and provide quotes and execute trading
  • Maintain account lists, compile statistical information, process and follow-up on client documentation
  • Additional administrative duties as required by the team
The successful candidate has:
  • 3 years of related experience in wealth management or similar
  • Completion of CSC, CPH, and license with IIROC considered an asset
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and take initiatives
  • Committed team player
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office programs
  • Interest in Financial Planning or/and Insurance is an asset
  • Knowledge of Dataphile is an asset
