Job description We are seeking a Finance Administrator to report to the Chief Financial Officer. The ideal candidate is a dynamic self-driven individual who is exceedingly well organized, flexible, and enjoys the challenge of supporting a fast-paced team. In addition, the candidate must display a high degree of professionalism, and strong interpersonal and communication skills in support of effective interactions with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors. Responsibilities:
- Provide executive administrative support and financial administration
- Handle confidential, sensitive and critical tasks; exercise professionalism and discretion
- Prioritize conflicting demands; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow-through on projects to successful completion
- Responsible for all financial aspects including daily report preparation, journal entries, payroll, vendor payments, accounts receivable and corporate remittance
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients through a service-driven, approachable and responsive style
- Display a collaborative work style
- Accountability, attention to detail, organization and proactiveness
- Flexible and able to function well in a fast-paced environment
