The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Finance & Administrative Assistant
to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide essential accounting, finance and administrative support to our Administrative Team, helping ensure smooth operations across day-to-day tasks and ongoing projects. From data entry and financial tracking to coordinating with vendors and clients, this is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow within a fast-paced, people-first company.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update internal databases, generate reports, and ensure accurate record-keeping
Perform basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, payment tracking, and expense reconciliation
Collaborate with the team on administrative and finance-related tasks
Communicate professionally with vendors, clients, and internal teams
Provide support in maintenance-related projects and general administrative duties as needed.

Ability to commute reliably to our location is required.

Proficiency in
QuickBooks
and basic accounting principles
Strong skills in
Microsoft Excel
, as well as Word and Outlook
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Self-motivated and able to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines
