Your contribution

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Technician with bold ideas that deliver value to our partners and advance our industry. By joining MHIRJ, you will work with a flexible, dynamic and united team.

In your role, you will:

\xc2\xb7 Process invoices in the accounting system, making sure to collect supporting document such as Purchase Order, receipt or delivery note and approved invoices. (3-Way Match)

\xc2\xb7 Validate, balance and enter invoices

\xc2\xb7 Communicate internally to resolve any Purchase Order and invoice imbalance problem.

\xc2\xb7 Reconcile supplier statement on a monthly basis.

\xc2\xb7 Perform reports and produce various analyzes.

\xc2\xb7 Support the financial analyst in the preparation of the end of month accruals.

Key qualifications:

As our ideal candidate,

\xc2\xb7 You have a certificate or college degree in accounting or equivalent

\xc2\xb7 You have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in payable or similar position

\xc2\xb7 Very good knowledge on Excel, Word and PowerPoint

\xc2\xb7 You are recognized for your rigor, proactivity, sense of analysis and teamwork.

\xc2\xb7 You are bilingual (French and English) both orally and writing
