Receiving and verifying invoices accurately
Maintaining vendor records
Preparing and processing payments
Reconciling vendor statements to ensure accurate payment records and resolving any discrepancies.
Communicating with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve payment issues
Generating reports on accounts payable activities
Maintaining accurate records of financial transactionsQualifications
AEC/DEC in Accounting
2-5 years of experience
Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems(an Asset)
Proficient with Excel
