Field Supervisor - Landscape Maintenance Department

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to oversee daily landscape maintenance operations and ensure our crews deliver top-quality service. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who takes pride in maintaining beautiful, well-kept properties and mentoring team members to perform their best.

Duties & Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate multiple landscape maintenance crews. Oversee daily operations to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency on every site. Conduct property inspections and address quality control issues promptly. Communicate effectively with clients regarding service schedules and site updates. Train, motivate, and support field staff in best practices and safety compliance. Manage work orders, time tracking, and material usage reports. Maintain and monitor equipment to ensure proper operation and care.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape maintenance or a related field. Previous leadership or supervisory experience required. Strong communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques, irrigation systems, and safety standards. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.02-$30.24 per hour
