Our high-end Window and Door manufacturing clients is hiring a Field Service Manager to join their team in Mississauga!

Position: Field Service/Warranty Manager
Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm

Average Day:
-Managing the Field service technician and administration team
- Oversee report management, case priority/team scheduling and parts ordering.
-Dealing with Warranty/Service escalations
-May be required to go into the field to assist technicians
Requirements
-5+ years of window and door people management experience
-Previous experience working as a repair/service technician is ideal
-Experience dealing with warranty issues
-strong customer service and flawless communication
-Comfortable going into field sites for escalation issues
-experience with the sales force is a large asset
-clear criminal background check and drivers abstract
