Video - More than a Window As a Field Service Coordinator based out of the Oakville, ON office you will provide outstanding service expertise to our customers and stakeholders, ensure quality repairs and installations of Loewen products, provide excellent leadership to our Service Technicians, and uphold the values and guiding principles of Loewen Windows and Doors in the communities we serve. Video - More than a Window Duties:
- Visit job sites to review repairs and installations to ensure a high quality of work and that Loewen procedures have been followed
- Provide installation and service expertise for builders, homeowners, and 3rd party providers
- Monitor Service Technician and 3rd party provider workloads to ensure a timely completion of work
- Perform small product repairs/adjustments when needed
- Document and communicate suggested product improvements to the Field Service Leader
- Lead, coach, mentor Service Technicians
- Oversee safety training, documentation, and safety compliance for Service Technicians
- Contribute to departmental continuous improvement initiatives on an ongoing basis
- Participate in knowledge development opportunities on an ongoing basis
- Window and door experience or previous experience in construction, building materials or similar field.
- Passion for problem solving, with the goal of a completely satisfied customer
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive communication skills
- Must be safety minded and detail oriented
- Competent computer skills (e.g., MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to occasionally lift 50+ lbs. and work at heights
- Based out of Oakville, ON or surrounding area with reliable transportation.
