We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Manager to join our team. The Field Sales Manager is responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of field sales representatives. This role ensures the team meets or exceeds sales targets through strategic planning, performance monitoring, and on-the-ground support.
Duties
Recruit & Train:
Hire, onboard, and train door-to-door sales representatives.
Lead by Example:
Actively participate in fieldwork to demonstrate effective sales techniques.
Performance Management:
Set sales targets, track KPIs, and coach team members to achieve goals.
Territory Planning:
Design and assign sales routes to maximize coverage and efficiency.
Motivation & Support:
Create incentive programs and foster a high-morale team environment.
Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of team performance, customer feedback, and territory data.
Compliance:
Ensure all team activities align with company standards, policies, and local regulations.
Qualifications
Proven experience in direct or door-to-door sales (minimum 1 year)
Strong communication, leadership, and motivational skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Goal-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in CRM tools and sales reporting software.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
