What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do The Field Marketing Manager role is an exciting opportunity to help drive Arlo\xe2\x80\x99s North American growth. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute field marketing initiatives that reach and engage our target market through conferences, owned events, and sponsorships. You will work closely with marketing and sales, as well as regional managers in Vancouver and London, to ensure campaigns are aligned with our company objectives, supporting the growth and expansion of our brand in North America. You will also play a central role in building and fostering relationships with Arlo customers, industry associations, and the wider training community, providing a platform to share content that helps position Arlo and our customers as thought-leaders in the industry. The right candidate will balance expert project management and organization skills with brand storytelling and community building. Responsibilities You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying, coordinating and attending conferences, trade shows, and owned events
  • Serving as a brand ambassador and ensuring consistent brand messaging and positioning across all field marketing activities
  • Writing and publishing targeted emails, landing pages, printed collateral, social media and other relevant content
  • Collaborating closely with sales and marketing to ensure event follow-up is effective and delivers a seamless experience for prospects
  • Helping craft and share customer stories and thought-leadership via events, sponsorships, webinars, and/or speaking opportunities
  • Evaluating event and/or campaign effectiveness, monitoring ongoing results, and presenting learnings and results to key stakeholders
Experience
  • 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B software (SaaS)
  • 1+ year of field marketing/events experience, coordinating and attending events and conferences, and representing the brand
  • Knowledge and/or experience in the education and training industry is a bonus

  • Field Marketing experience supporting a sales team
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Educated to degree level preferred but not essential
  • Have willingness and ability to travel regularly
