**Job Overview:** We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Field Manager to join our dynamic real estate team. The Field Manager will be responsible for capturing high-quality photographs and videos of properties, managing property listings, and maintaining the presentation and security of properties. This role is crucial in ensuring that the visual representation of our properties captures the attention of potential buyers and aids in the efficient sale of listings. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct professional photo and video shoots of properties using 360-degree photography and drone technology. - Perform post-production editing of photos and videos to meet company standards before uploading to designated storage platforms. - Ensure accurate and timely upload of finished visuals to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) system. - Regularly audit new listings for accuracy and quality, making necessary corrections to ensure information is up to date. - Efficiently manage the placement and removal of property signage, including for sale and sold signs, as well as directional arrows and other marketing materials. - Oversee the installation and removal of lockboxes, accurately assigning them in inventory systems like Matrix and Sentrilock. - Maintain an organized inventory of signage and Sentrilock devices, reordering stock as required.. - Support the coordination and execution of special events, including setup and breakdown tasks. - Undertake various maintenance and upkeep tasks including, but not limited to, property clean-up, repairs, flyer distribution, and general upkeep of office premises. - Participate in marketing and promotional efforts to support the teams branding and sales activities. - Liaise with team members, clients, and vendors to ensure all field operations are executed efficiently. **Qualifications:** - Experience in photography and videography, - Proficiency in photo and video editing software. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with team members and clients. - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently when required. - Valid and clean driver\xe2\x80\x99s license and the ability to travel to various properties. **Education and Experience:** - High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in photography, videography, or real estate is a plus. - Experience in real estate or a similar field preferred. - Technical proficiency with camera equipment, drones, and editing applications. **Work Environment:** - Role requires both indoor and outdoor work in various weather conditions. - Must be able to engage in physical activity, including lifting and carrying equipment. **We Offer:** - Performance-based incentives. - Opportunities for professional development and growth within the company. - Supportive team environment with a focus on collaborative achievement. -Complimentary gym membership **How to Apply:** Submit your resume, cover letter, and if available your portfolio of your photographic work, demonstrating both interior and exterior property images and any relevant videography work. • 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
