, with regular travel throughout Alberta and Saskatchewan to collect field data from various assets, including pipelines, pressure vessels, and tanks.
This position involves extensive fieldwork and data collection to support engineering and integrity assessments, ensuring accurate and consistent data entry into CANEIL's systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform field data collection on pipelines, vessels, tanks, and other pressure-containing assets
Verify, document, and update asset information such as equipment tags, GPS coordinates, and inspection details
Support integrity programs by ensuring accurate field verification and data quality control
Utilize tablets, GPS devices, and company software to record data in real time
Communicate findings and updates to the engineering and integrity teams
Assist with pre-field planning, logistics, and coordination of site access
Ensure all work is conducted safely and in accordance with CANEIL's health and safety procedures
Travel to client sites on a regular basis (primarily day trips or short rotations)
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in field data collection, inspection, or oil and gas operations (asset integrity experience considered an asset)
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, tablets, and data management software
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in remote environments
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively
Assets:
Familiarity with pipeline, vessel, or tank regulatory codes and standards (CSA, API, ABSA, TSASK, etc.)
Experience in data verification or inspection program support
Field safety training (H2S Alive, First Aid, CSO, etc.)

Pay: $55,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
