This activity includes, but is not limited to the following:Greeting and signing in of guestsManaging and ordering of office suppliesReviewer and/or approver of Operations invoicesTracking and investigating vendor spendsHierarchy and cost center listing maintenanceRecords management and file retention - "E-filing", shared drive management of Finance recordsPrepare spreadsheets, presentations, and forms for operations staffTaking minutes for meetings as requiredOrganizing and ordering PPE for staffOrganizing Safety training for staffProviding courteous and professional assistance to internal and external stakeholders.Key communicator within the department ensuring information is distributed to employees utilizing Outlook, MS Teams, SharePoint, bulletin boards, etc. in a timely and effective manner.Develop and maintain relationships with other departments to effectively manage various items such as: Information Technology requests, processing invoicing/requisitionsUpdate and distribute procedures, monitoring guides, org charts, handbooks, and manuals as required.Complete / share duties as required to ensure team results are achieved.Complies with all H&S requirements in the performance of this Position\'s responsibilitiesWho you are:Minimum high school diploma or equivalent GED program an Administration or Business Diploma would be preferred.Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a multi-faceted work environment and is comfortable performing under tight deadlinesExtremely professional, and confidentialUnderstanding of professional office proceduresStrong aptitude for detail, disciplined work ethic and the ability to take initiative as well as to accept directionAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, varied, and diverse environment with constantly changing prioritiesOutstanding interpersonal and teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectivelyLegally authorized to work in Canada on a full-time basis without restrictionsExperience in an administrative role would be an asset, oil and gas experience would be preferredExperience with SAP would be an assetFor this position you will be required to maintain a Class 5 driver\'s license, a satisfactory driving record, and adhere to the appropriate Company policies and guidelines.
