What You'll Do:

Lead, train, and motivate a team of door-to-door sales representatives. Set daily and weekly performance goals and hold reps accountable. Coach in-field on effective door-to-door sales strategies and communication. Oversee customer enrollments and ensure a high-quality customer experience. Track team performance metrics and drive consistent improvement. Recruit and help develop future leaders within the organization.
What It Takes:

Minimum 1 year of door-to-door sales experience (required).

Demonstrated ability to hit or exceed sales targets. Leadership mindset with strong coaching and communication skills. High energy, competitive drive, and professionalism. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation highly recommended. High school diploma or equivalent.
