Fencing Foreperson

We are seeking an experienced and motivated

Fencing Foreperson

to lead the construction, installation, and repair of various fencing systems across residential and commercial projects. This role involves overseeing daily field operations, coordinating crews, ensuring jobsite safety, and delivering high-quality workmanship in accordance with project plans and specifications.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Build, install, and repair all types of fencing, including wood, sound barrier, high-security, and wildlife fencing, for both residential and commercial properties. Review and interpret construction plans to determine layout, design specifications, and project sequencing. Supervise and lead field crews to ensure efficient operations, proper tool usage, material management, team safety and high productivity. Monitor project progress and adjust/maintain timelines and quality standards. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site and company vehicles in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

Hands-on experience working on a wide variety of residential and commercial fencing projects. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong communication skills and keen attention to detail. Excellent leadership and crew management skills.
