This is a great fit for someone with mechanical aptitude, farm experience (or eagerness to learn), and a passion for doing great work with great people.

What You'll Be Doing

Support all aspects of farm operations: seeding, spraying, harvest, and post-harvest Operate, maintain, and service large farm equipment (training provided) Assist with grain handling, yard maintenance, shop work, and logistics Help collect and apply data using modern farm tech (JD Operations Center, Harvest Profit) Contribute to day-to-day execution with a focus on safety, precision, and accountability
You Might Be a Great Fit If You...

Have strong mechanical skills or are confident working with large equipment Hold a Class 1 license (preferred but not required) Thrive in a team-driven, results-oriented environment Are open to learning and embrace technology in farming Are physically fit and able to work long hours during peak seasons Want to grow in a purpose-driven company where values matter
