Job Description


The Opportunity: The critical role is responsible for SAP transactions, data input, analysis, receiving and reporting for the Corporate, Contracted Breeder Operations and Breeder Services. This role supports administrative requirements for these operations along with Health & Safety requirements. Works closely with the Hanover Hatchery Manufacturing Coordinator to improve the processes within the operations.Any MLF team member interested in being considered for this role are encouraged to apply online by August 13.   • Assist with schedule preparation for vaccinations of flocks
  • Planning and scheduling of fowl disposal for corporate farms & pullet moves
  • Support investigation of open PO\xe2\x80\x99s with Manufacturing coordinator.
  • Correspondence with external 3rd parties for scheduling purposes
  • Work closely with all operation team members to ensure material needs are met (Min/Max targets reduce expiration),
  • Keep all service tasks on track, track all maintenance direct spends and extra spends associated with farm programs and other pilot/test programs. Manage expenditures against budgets,
  • Support ZBB details with standardized weekly/monthly reporting.
  • Keep track of capital spending,
  • Manage office supplies
  • Support trial cost tracking,
  • Obtain quotes for Capital requests
  • Assist with the preparation of capital expenditure submissions
  • Work with Finance on savings projects or adhoc requests
  • Support Health & Safety objectives including reporting
  • Provide support to the RWA program
  • Assist with SOP preparation and updates
  • Communicate pricing updates as required
  • Role will be required to go into Farms
  • Data input, analysis and reporting for corporate and contracted farm operations
  • OBHECC reporting on a monthly basis
  • Flock data updated monthly
  • Consolidate and summarize flock data from Hatching Egg Producers
  • Gather and summarize data for Contract Pullet flocks into SAP
  • Sort and distribute mail/Prepare UPS Packages
  • Greet visitors
